About 14000 beads

    I bought 14000 beads twice, but the suggested menu has 14000 beads + 2800 rare parts and the price is the same. Can you give me 5600 rare parts? The price is the same, but it seems unfair.

    No one here can give you parts. If you didn't get them when you made the purchase then you can report it at rov.io/support

    So,my guess is you bought Pearls(Beads) without offer and now! Want compensation for that?(Corresponding to rare parts available in offer)
    I don't think that's possible.However it is advisable that you wait for offers in future,if you want added bonus or discount.

    Highly doubt you will get your parts though. Why should the game give you free parts when you yourself bought an offer that does not include them?
