If I put the rapid-healing-boost perk to bandage, what -8% cooldown does?

It would do nothing, but if it did work, then it would be 4.6 seconds.

I'm only putting it on my bandage for the free gear score.

    The reasons are

    1. Style
2, Gear Score Matchmaking is incredibly balanced
    3. Ok

Did they change it to gear matchmaking?

Only for the events, but for me it's pratically ineffective because i matchmake with MK 7 top players.

I thought the aim was to use lower gear score items to make it easier not harder?

I think this guy is getting annoyed at the language used in the perk descriptions. If you are going to have perks that 'apply to all healing items' but not actually *all* healing items then it's an easy fix by changing the language to 'apply to all green healing items'.

It's all very well to argue that the key term is activated items, but that's a lawyer's argument. Make the language a little simpler in some of these situations and you wouldn't get this sort of outburst.

I myself had the same problem early on when I was getting to know BB

The MK, i think is also applied to the matchmaking. I'm not sure if this is true or not. If someone can clarify it that would be nice.

The matchmaking seems to have changed to some extent... I think infamy is factored in as well, as I'm getting more teammates and enemies closer to my infamy than before (everyone used to have really low infamy compared to me).

You may call it not a cooldown, but it is a cooldown.

The item is passively activated every 5 seconds. The only difference is that I don't have to push the button.

You have to follow the common practices of the game development. It is much better than the current situation, when we have a lot of unclear things in the game, and only on the forum you can find their description.

But anyway, I got your point, I appreciate that you answered me directly.

Does it trigger the global cooldown when it activates? Does it get blocked by the global cooldown? No to both, it's clearly not a cooldown. Technically it's a constantly active buff, like the one given by healing pulse, but with a trigger interval of 5 seconds.

Wow, TIL. I don't USE bandages yet, but I just assumed cooldown would still work even though you aren't actively pressing anything each time...
