My game keeps crashing

    Game has become unplayable since last update. Crashes out all the time and have played just two games since it was updated. Can't claim rewards, upgrade items, scrap items without having to restart and go through the he same problems all over again.

    Put a lot of tim, effort and cash into this game, Time to delete?

    First I would advise a fresh reinstall (make sure its backed up first).
    If the game runs in the same way, then could you confirm your device and OS like Joey said, and I can get the devs to look at it for you.

    Also helpful to know - does it crash or do you get disconnected? What internet connection do you use?
    When exactly do these instances happen?
    What is your in game player name?

    I'm using btinternet infinity on a wireless connection, game crashes and hangs up in play and disconnects completely, rarely getting to play one game a day let alone the half dozen or so I used to before the upgrade.

    Game was running on iPad 2, latest update (Apple haven't updated while).
