Thoughts on New "3 v 3" Event and New Perks

The win requirements this time around are ludicrous. 3 days to get 110 wins on limited tickets? The stars vs wins scale is completely off relative to the first effort.

 

Yeah, it should be 5 wins, 10 wins, 20 wins, 35 wins

 

There need to do something about mine spamming in the new TDM. The map is smaller so there are mines all over the place.

By the end of next TDM, we're going to see all kinds of flaws from this event.

 

When you spawn you have shield, just collect the mines like coins in mario

 

You can do that but I'm going through my quests muuuuch faster in TDM

 

The only plus point of this event is , u can earn weapons achievement way faster than before. Other than that nothing

Yes, but no one spam mines around your respawn zone. Most shooters and defenders lost that shield when they can see the enemies.

How about an event where all boats sprout the hairiest of human limbs... And you still fight in the water

 

That's a bug. So every time the player you are watching gets sunk then you have to switch to another player (and switch back after he respawned if you want). Devs still haven't fixed it since the last update... hope it'll get fixed soon!

 

Oh well, 50 win battles. So you need to win a total of 100 battles to get a Lg perk

 

Let me put this into a different perspective.

3 days = 72 hours. Let's say you want to sleep/shower/eat 20 of those hours, leaving you 52 hours available to play. You get about 4 tickets/hour (208 matches + 5 to start).

In other words you will need to grind every waking hour for 3 days with at least a 50% win ratio to have a chance at 100 wins and a Legendary Perk. WTF Devs? Is it really all about pearls?

 

Let me guess, you got those 50 wins by playing low level ship with high power weapons?

 

Plus the hack where people that didnt universally upgrade all their boats are going in with lower mk. Boats in order to lower their gear score. Its lame.

And I know many nitemare players going to their one boat they kept at mk5 in order to get an 80 percent win rate.

This is a flaw in the system
Please stop undershipping as a way to get an easy matchup.

Make it the highest mark ship is what the gear score is based off.

You don't take into account the training and skills. Not counting all the yellow slots you can manipulate to keep your gear score down.

 

Yes. An MK5 with level 50 epic big shield still have more health than an MK6 with level 40 rare big shield. Even with max epic weapons, that MK5 still have less score than the MK6.

 

Well, I can barely get a single win in 5 matches because of my under levels gear. So I'm not wasting my life after rare perk.
