    "Shrapnel" carronade: Bypasses a certain % of defence.
    "Cryo" cannon damage: Freezes the opponent lightly for 6 seconds.
    "Afterburner" turbo: Random chance to activate a 3sec OB.
    "Ramming" bigshield: Sacrifices some HP to deal double the damage of the HP you lost to your opponent when you ram ram into them.
    "Machinegun" StC: Delivers 3 bullets with a small chance.

    Any perk that boost agility or turret speed would be very welcome. Given how awkward it is to fit a rudder or gearlube.

    "emergency repair"repair perk ,also increase box crit chance in addition to increase amount
    "extended protection"increase repair duration in addition to increase amount for tape and pulse

    "Turret modification" +lube effect and slightly increase projectile speed for all weapons fired
    "Pin point"missiles,+damages and slight chance to make a missile become homing missile
    "Absolute zero"Chances to get extra freeze time after original freeze is broken

    Why? 1 secs stun is really low duration. It won't make kill an enemy faster, just giving a little survivability to user. You need to get close to use carro and i think in this meta you deserves this.

    To mirror the event perks, you'll want a second attribute to go with that. Keeping in line with the pulse, I'd suggest an increase in radius.

    Healing +2.5% Radius +20%
    Healing +5.0% Radius +20%
    Healing +7.5% Radius +40%
    Healing +10% Radius +40%

    Torpedos apply "Flooding" debuff if hitting from the side. Only applies to targets directly hit by the torpedo. Flooding decreases movement speed and deals damage over time

    Uncommon- 7% torpedo damage over 5 sec
    Rare- 9% damage over 5 sec
    Epic- 11% damage over 5 sec
    Legendary- 13% damage over 5 sec
    ---

    Point damage weapons deal Crippling damage if hitting target on the back. This gives bonus damage, slows the target for a duration and stops rudder movement for a duration.

    Uncommon- +6% Cripple 3.5 sec
    Rare- +8% Cripple 3.5 sec
    Epic- +10% Cripple 3.5 sec
    Legendary- +12% Cripple 3.5 sec

    Well folks, we've got a new round of perks with the upcoming 3v3 event:

    "Shock" Railgun Damage adds up to 8% damage and 25% chance to stun your target
    "Quickshot" Mine Damage adds up to 10% damage and 8% cooldown reduction
    "Reach" Missile Damage adds up to 8% damage and 12% range
    "Reach" Fire Grenades adds up to 12% fire chance and 12% range

    Rudder perk:

    +20% turning

    +100 hp


    Mortar perk:

    Remove splash damage

    +80% damage


    Frost perk:

    +0.8 duration

    Cannon damage +15%


    Universal:

    +60 hp

    +10 defense


    Gearlube:

    +20% turning

    -10% global cool down


    Gun universal to all guns equiped :

    +1.5% damage

    -2% cooldown

    Here are some 4 perks I thought of! (Hope no one thought of them first, didn't read the whole thread).

    1st - mortars - extra bullseye damage + range

    2nd - all cannons - chance to crit + damage

    3rd - all shields - hp + defense

    4th - turbo - speed + extra speed when moving backwards

    "Empowering" Repairing Boost:
    In addition to increasing the damage healed, the target of the healing deals +X% damage with their next used weapon. Duct Tapes and Repair Pulses increase damage after they are first applied, not after each tick.
    This would not be applicable to Bandages.

    Uncommon: + 2.5% Repairing Effect, + 5% Damage to next used weapon
    Rare: + 5% Repairing Effect, + 7.5% Damage to next used weapon
    Epic: + 7.5% Repairing Effect, + 10% Damage to next used weapon
    Legendary: + 10% Repairing Effect, + 12.5% Damage to next used weapon

    Since there isn't much going on over here and I'd like this thread to have at least 200+ replies,here's my suggestion.

    Super critical Sniper Cannon perk.
    Combination of sniper cannon crit and crit damage perk at uncommon, rare, epic.

    Legendary: 7.5% crit chance. 25% crit damage.

    Let's begin.
