How can I improve my MK5 shooter?

    From what I've seen, shooter is a very good ship, what are some tips to improve my build?

    Maybe, you need to balance short with long range because most are short range except for missiles.

    The blast would work better with the firebomb because of your fire perks.
    Save up more items and don’t scrap them all so you have more options

    Does it really matter?
    sniper...sniping enemies from distance
    control...crowd control, you use your items to control your enemies, blocke their path, force them to split up by mortars/fire weapons, help your team by getting your enemies where your teammates need them, hard to learn
    brawler...close combatant, engaging in short range fights with weapons like cannons etc., you need high hp and good weapons to survive this style, hard to get right weapons
