    Sniper doesnt crit on shields!!!!!
    I think while playing tdm a def with rare t3 broke my 470 hp shield....maybe i am wrong....someone else shot me that time...

    You probably was shot before that as well, the sniper broke your already damaged shield

    Or they could you know.. just buff the rare tesla shields to make it usable.. instead of this crazy new perk idea that was just implemented and doubt people are gonna use them.

    That's a good question; I don't have an answer to that one. Based on your observations I'd say it's "possible" right now, but I'll take it back to the dev team.

    I do know that weapons can't crit on a Tesla shield, Firebomb/Napalm/Flare do all of their damage-over-time as an instant burst if they're "caught" by a shield, and Railguns always do maximum damage to them regardless of range.

    Yep. If you see an Enfo coming around the corner, hit them with your Railgun first to break the shield, then everyone piles on them while they're stunned.

    Edit: no official answer yet on "does a flaming shield take bonus damage" but anecdotes seem to suggest "yes"

    Max epic flare breaks max epic shield.However if you equip 2 epic HP perks(They work like i shield hp,i checked.Adds more hp than stated due to crew talents) on an epic T.S. T4 epic Railgun will be minimum requirement to break it

    Same for rare which broke in past will be able to resist any maxed out rare except RG

    So,This isn't a trade off for duration vs Hp.Since rare T.S. Never survived in first place.It is a straight advantage

    Yes, I can confirm that my rare t5 rail gun can break a T5 epic Tesla shield regardless of distance. Pretty useful weapon against Double bubble Enfo's:D

    I'm not 100%, but I'm pretty sure that fire won't boost explosive cannon damage through shield. I rarely break NML tesla shields with it, whether or not they are on fire...

    I confirmed it with a dev.Due to variable R.G. Damage it doesn't always necessarily break Max epic shield.However introduction of HP perks made it 100℅ sure that the Shield will resist R.G.

    I don't have problem with double bubble at all,Except unnecessary edition of HP perks.Other wise they are slightly above balanced.Doesnt need a nerf necessarily

    Double Bubble on anything but mk6+ enfo tends to do more harm than good in terms of speed

    Let me know how that goes, I believe that for tesla shields and for ship defense, the fire and crit multipliers come after, and therefore no fire bonus against tesla...

    I just tested with a friend. The fire bonus does not count, I was wrong, sorry for the misinformation :D
