Nope. Epic shields are powerful enough to take high damages. Epic users will keep using duration perks. I think that hp perks will using for rare tesla shields for make it usable.

Nope .. I'm sure 4 of those epic hp perks and say goodbye to tier 5 explosive canon

 

Nope tier 5 explosive might not break it moreover ...it will f..k up burn combo speeders with no chance like myself

 

Forget duration,you could break the shield and leave em stunned before HP perk was introduced regardless of duration.

Now a epic T5 sheild with 2 HP perks can block my maxed out Railgun,i would give 2 sec of duration for that without second thoughts

1751, Because of randomness it ranges from 1500-1800.so low damage shots are easily blocked by T5 epic max shield (without Hp perks).With equipping 2 epic HP perks,it will block almost all shots

 

Yeah that makes sense. My railgun is 2200 and it still gets blocked by the Tesla shield. Sadly enough, I don’t understand why the resal shield hasn’t been nerfed. There’s so many people with double bubble

.I really don't think devs are selfish enough to keep their boat O.P.After all its the player satisfaction which earns them,not their op boats.

Btw,only one developer as i know of plays ENFORCER.It is zeus

Maybe their data proves different results from what we perceive

I don’t think that the hp is gonna get used often. Maybe I’m wrong, I’m a double bubble user, And the vision of the bubble is clouded.....
I don’t think that the 1% and 2% damage boosts to all weapons adds to the hp of a shield. But I could be wrong. Bottom line is a max epic only holds less than 1700 hp completely trained for hp. I know cause I have 2 max epic shields with duration perks. So your rail at 2200 should pop a max epic shield any time, Maybe you guys are facing tier 3 and 4 legendary shields.

 

My epic lvl 50 explosive only can brake it when the user is on fire... then it does 2200 damage points, I don't think that any tesla shield will block that

 

Hmmm..... that brings up an interesting topic,
Does the burn damage from a ship count on the shield?
Like if a ship is on fire, They activate the shield? Does the burn damage count if a shot is taken?
Cause I don’t think the burn takes away from the hp of the shield.
I heard sniper does not crit on the shield..... questions questions......
