More leggy perks

How about perk parts

Every perk, except the red leggys, will have parts. 5/5 parts are needed to create one yellow, green, or blue leggy perk. (now if the devs were thinking of a way to make a new game mode, then deny this idea completely, BUT NOT YET!)

When you get to board 4, you can achieve legendary quests for your guild. Well, what if every board after board 3, (so board 4 and on) gives you a chance to complete a quest and get a perk piece.

So the blues go like this

Slippery-
(apply to rudder)- increases all ship mobility by 5%, and rudder affect by 15%
(apply to lube)-increases affect by 7.5% and increases projectile speed by 5%

Speedy- increases ship speed by 10% and frost is 25% less affective

Buffed- +10 to defense points and 25% more resilient to fire damage (ex: if flare regularly ticks for 100, but you hit someone with his perk, it’ll hit for 75, plus the added defense)

The yellows go like this

Confusion- -10% cooldown for Tesla and 5% faster bolt

“Bah Falicia”- -10% cooldown to yellow speed item and +10% more effective

“Stop in the Name of Law!”- -10% cooldown to yellow items and +10% to affect

The greens will go like this

“I got you baby!”- +10% affect to bolt and -10% cooldown

“Reach!”- +25% to cry chance of Repair Box (you’re welcome fixers) and +15% to range

“Invincible”- -15% cooldown to duct tape and +15% affect of duct tape

“I got the whole world in my hands”- +15% affect to pulse and +3% AOE

 

Some of these perks might be kind of op

 

I want those Hp epic perks on my rudder and on my lube

 

Which ones. How can I fix them?

 

I think you should fix the duct tape one. Its so disrespectful in my opinion It don't deserve a perk.

I might absolutely hate duct tape.

 

Say that again on nightmare, my friend it's tough to be with no tape taking 2k of damage points from cannons

 

Well now thats another question for another day. Btw, I know how it feels like nightmare even though the highest I ever reach was 2300. I played against nightmare players who purposely lower their gear score.

I like the name of the repair pulse perk. Imagine if you can actually heal everyone on the map no matter the range.

 

Which greens do you use? if you have, double Bolt, you should try a duct tape as your 3rd. You'll certainly like it

 

So i have a lv7 legendary repair pulse, lv30 rare repair bolt, lv19 epic repair bolt. But I don;t see the point of using duct tape if you cant do aoe heals.

 

I gave an idea for duct tape but everyone shot it down.
