Free Rewards Box Issue

so when you go into the shop to collect your free ewards box, the one that gives you sugar, gold, and pearls, it might say not enough inventory slots. (I know why, it’s becasue it’s programmed as a box.)

So what I would usually do to solve this is go into my inventory and scrap one of my commons that’s laying around. Note, I’m only opening up one slot of inventory. And then I can get the rewards box.

Well here’s the issue, I cleared out one slot of inventory, but my game crashed. So, I logged back in and obviously the box was in the inventory spot that I cleared out. So, I cleared out another spot thinking that would work, but it didn’t.

So what doesn’t make sense is when I can free up one spot of inventory when getting it from the shop, but i have to free up 2 spots of inventory why my game crashes and the box is in my inventory, what? That doesn’t make sense.

 

Anyone know what I’m talking about?

 

Yes, it happens sometimes, but I just log back in. I don’t know if this fixed your box

 

No, it just stays there. I feel like what should happen is that I have to clear out just one slot of inventory.

 

I had this happen to me where i cant claim rewards but i never crashed.
