Event predictions

What do you think the next event is going to be after Team Deathmatch? Maybe Solo Deathmatch or Duo Deathmatch, because why else would they add "Team" in the beginning?

 

Capture the flag. Duh.

 

Maybe there will be duels
Also, team deathmatch is called that traditionally in games like CoD and stuff

 

There is a lot of room here, so I hope not to see a repeat event type for a while.

Just off the top of my head:
Free for all - first player to get 5 kills or something
Last Man Standing - everyone gets a limited number of lives, last person left alive, wins.
Battle Royale - everyone starts off a blank ship with a maximum of say 5 slots which can be filled with anything, last player surviving wins. The play area shrinks over time.
King of the Hill - The first player to kill someone gets buffed version of their ship (more damage and Hp) or possibly a new type of ship unique to the mode which is more powerful than anything else, who kills them, becomes them. The player who deals the most damage while being the special ship wins the match.
Capture the flag- first team to retrieve 3 flags wins.

Then you can go other routes, with say preset ships for everyone to use, maybe even following a theme, like only mortars or only fire damage weapons, or carronades only or something. Since the ships are preset people don't have to worry about the quality of the gear and everything is even outside of individual player skill.

Maybe a semi 1v1 where basically, the first person on your team and the first person on the other team are the only ones on the map, then when one does, their teammate replaces them, and last team with at least one player wins

 

Juggernaut would sound cool. A guy on your team becomes a ship with insane health, but has only one weapon. The point of the game is to destroy the juggernaut. First team to do it wins.

 

Boss battles.
5 vs 1 boss.

 

Sounds cool but the boss probably need to have at leat like 3 to 5 weapons. For example, a 2 fixer comp could easily outheal the boss without it. Boss would need to be around the player level too.

 

Yes, would be a super buffed ship.

 

Its probably gonna to be a mega defender or shooter. I kinda want to see the size of it too. It will probably be pretty big.
