Got banned - unable to create a new account

hello guys.

I recently got banned permanently.

Now, I want to play again by creating a new account.
I’m using IOS.

Eventhough I created a new Gamecenter account and new Apple ID, my previous account is still being opened which says” account banned”

How do I start fresh.

I am unable to play at all this game on my iPhone.

 

clear cache and see if new ID's work, if not delete app and try new ID's, otherwise use another device with new ID new everything pretty much, and don't do whatever u did to get banned again

 

How to clear cache?

 

go to settings, applications, find battle bay and look for clear cache button it will wipe all temporarily stored data

 

Tried... But that does not work... I don’t have another device to try on as well.. why isn’t it not possible to play different account on same device...????

 

I created new apple account and new Game Center account... I even delete app and all related contents... result is still the same..

 

well sorry i can't think of anything else you could try...you could ask a dev to (please) unban you...if they are willing otherwise i guess that's the end of the road for you mate

I will send the same request to Rovio support as well.

 

Player support says.. unable to create new account on a device that has been banned from playing battle bay.

Why are you telling us this, what are we supposed to do about it?

 

I want to play the game once again from scratch.. but I’m unable to do it..

This means they banned you on the device so you can’t play until you get another phone, so what you did is probably not really good and this is on purpose so they won’t reset you if you ask
