Should a destroyed ship deal death damage? (Read post first)

    So, I was thinking about the EPIC ship explosion effect, and I thought about what we could do with it.

    I suggest that the ships deal death damage, same radius as a mine. The damage would be two times the burn damage from the ship wreck (nothing to sneeze at).

    Why?

    This would be a indirect buff to the speeder and especially defender. It helps them both take out a specific target, while not affecting 1v1 fights.

    What if there was a perk to add to your ship to increase death explosion, then you could hit people for 800 damage. Lol

    Ship damage is 10% of the health of the ship it is damaging, so an explosion would do 2,000 damage to a 10k defender and 600 to a 3k speeder...
