    Ofc they are...I think your fellow mvp @CaffeinatedChris came up with a solid formula how crew Talents affect Shield Hp perks(Big Shield,standard shield)

    I bet it will be same for tesla shield... Although who knows!

    Rare tesla shields are famous for being waaay weaker than their epic counterparts. It's pretty crazy how the ratio of how powerful rares are with respect to epics is skewed when it comes to tesla shields.

    I've met very few enforcers who use tesla shields like a parry to an attack. Most just use it as insurance against enemy fire, for which duration is better than HP.

    Perks with exact number ( HP/ carronade) are always affected by talents because they add to base stat before the multiplier.

    Choice of fire damage perks will be interesting.

    I’d imagine napalm users would go increased damage (as most damage they cause is in the early few seconds after the splash), but will be an interesting choice for flare gun and fire bomb users.

    Noooo, I didn't get to try that yet, I wanted to custom and do it.
    Overal, Idk if I like this update. Sure, kool stuff, but its a big change, and change hurts... But I guess this is 3.0... oh well, we'll see.
