    Why?
    Because its sustained dps,
    Whereby
    Crit dmg is only on crit and is burst

    Maybe when you get to late game with max crit chance, u should go dmg, but as a noob. Go cannon

    I voted for Sniper!

    Enforcer's have (or will get) alot of buttons -- Slightly faster reload on an already fast weapon is fine, but long term I think you will be happier with increased potential to burst someone down!
