    Try to check your calendar or achievment pages (from left top corner open the list and two first options)

    Personally I don't know where those can be found so these two places are only suggestions

    The preregistration gift box is claimable from the calendar as your first day's login bonus.

    All old players got soft launch thank you gift 1 day ago and new players now get the preregister reward on their first day login reward. Either you are an old player or a new player, you can't have it the both ways.

    This is my calender, im pre-registration 1 week before launching in playstore indonesia , but no claim box in my calender or epic weapon.

    The box was on Wednesday when you started playing the game. The also was no epic item in the box, but a rare one.
