PAID BUT STILL NO ITEMS

    Hi, I just recently bought the 5 dollar offer where it would give you a rare blast cannon and a premium chest. I paid the 5 dollars and it was confirmed because I got an email that confirmed it but the screen stayed on a loading icon and I didn't get my items? Why? What can I do to solve this?

    You best contact Rovio player support.And send them a screenshot of the email confirmation.

    I found out the problem, the thing is that I was using an app called Turbo VPN and once I turned it off I finally got the items. Sorry about this lol thought the app had glitched since its been very unstable lately with all the friend list dissappearing, not being able to add people and having to restart the app after every battle in order to fleet.
