fuel cell exchanges, exaple: 5 uncomon cell = 1 rare cell

    I have hundreds of common and uncommon cells, I would like to exchange them for higher level cells changing 5 cells for one of the next level

    hmmmm... seems like a good idea i think 5 is a little cheap but it would give a purpose to those common and uncommon powercells
