    Posting for him because he couldn’t figure out uploading the photo. :p he is gonna come comment on this though.

    I know it’s happened before where a player goes to change their name and doesn’t change it but clicks “done” and it uses their free change. He believes that he hadn’t changed his name but was charged the 1000 pearls recently for doing so.

    Bro, you didn't have numbers in your name, did you? It was just plain JFK?

    We've had a case before, @R4Z0R had the exact same problem. He hadn't spent pearls tho. Let's see if you can get them back(I kinda doubt it?)

    I hope I can get it fixed I spent 5$ and waited a few days to gather my pearls to change my name back lol :(.

    Yes sir I am aware but , I spent 5$ on pearl Diver on April 30th(still have email receipt ) to change my name back since I already used my free name change. I bought pearl Diver to gather the 1,000 pearls to change name back, but ended up getting the pearls much quicker due to achievements and raffle. So today at 6:00pm I ended up getting the 1,000 pearls to change name, but when I changed name it extracted my pearls without changing my name So now I am left with 30 pearls and no name change. I'm just asking for my name to be changed back to John .F . Kennedy since I already payed the 1,000 pearls but somehow my name didn't change .

    I have given you now one free name change so you can go and change your name.

    Could you try to describe as exactly as possible what happened when you tried to change your name? You opened the dialog, typed your new name, it showed it being available, you clicked the button and the name just didn't change but you were charged the pearls? Do you remember when you tried to change your name?

    Thank you Sir. Yes I remember what happened, so it was 6:00pm(Mountain time) and my shop refreshed, calendar refreshed , and my daily 100 pearls from pearl Diver came in. I then noticed I had the 1,000 pearls to change my name back to "John .F. Kennedy " and showed it was available. So when I clicked the "Accept" button to pay the amount of pearls that were needed, I noticed that my pearls deducted, but somehow my name didn't change. I thought this was a minor glitch and rebooted phone and uninstalled then reinstalled Battle Bay. When I logged back on my name still hadn't changed but my 1,000 pearls I spent to change name were still gone leaving me with only 30 pearls ,thus causing me to ask for help, eventually landing me here on the forums :).

    I have changed my name 3 times before , twice for free , so you might want to check what happened , i don't remember when i changed my name for the 2nd time, but it was long time ago , i think after i left SKYLORDS guild

    And i don't expect you will change my name to my old name , because i hate it ,and also because i know you are a good developer :oops:;)
