    So we have been told that for the anniversary that we will receive triple gold and sugar for the day. What are your thoughts on this?

    Personally, I've always wanted to try defender, so I can now grind the gld to upgrade it. YAAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!

    Of course I'd like more, but I'm appreciative of the bonus rewards. I won't find much use for the sugar, but the gold is awesome to purchase and scrap greens from the shop.

    I doubt I'll upgrade ships as I haven't developed yellow/green items to fill out the speeder, enforcer or fixer. If only I could upgrade the ships without them showing up in daily quests.

    Well I'm gonna try and grind out enough gold to upgrade my shooter and speeder to Mk5. And rinse the shop of all parts!

    I have all my ships at mk5 and I still have 1.5 million gold from my recent 250,000 raffle spree, but I will GLADLY take all the sugar I can lay my hands (or sink other ships for) on.

    Small events like these needs to be happen often.
    Say Event Torp weekend- Increased chance of getting torps. Or more rewards while using torp.

    It would make perfect sense to ensure that players had full gold reserves before introducing a new ship.
