Game too Overpowered after a certain point in infamy and not new weapons for a long time

    Hi my game name is darklord1993.

    I’ve been playing battle for almost more than a month and now it’s getting too over powered since no new weapons are being provided for a long time due to which of we achieve higher infamy we are not able to battle with other higher level players. The battles can be divided or arranged based on the gear score rather than infamy.

    I would have given 5 Stars but sorry to say this “ Battle Bay is not keeping me interested nowadays “ so 1 Star.

    I'm afraid you misunderstand how the game works. The point is not to get matchups where everyone's gear is the same, it's to overcome the odds and win against those with stronger gear than you. That's how you rise in the rankings. And if you've only been playing for a month, you can still easily level up your items and crew.

    I think the point is actually for you to get owned in unfair matches by people with better gear, in order to encourage you to upgrade your gear (and hopefully spend money to do so). But it never really ends: so rinse and repeat.

    The game has a lot of great qualities and ideas, but ultimately, it is extremely grindy, random, and unfair.

    Unless you know someone is a masochist, suffering from low blood pressure, I kind of agree that it’s hard to recommend.

    The flaw in this is that you are defining "fair" by "equal gear", which is not the definition of "fair". It's just how you personally perceive fairness.

    I’m actually not talking just about the gear. There are lots of things in the game that feel quite unfair, like the whole team being punished for one person floating, or the way some people seem to find lots of great duplicates, while others keep pulling Gearlube, or the way fire users get more stars, even at lower levels where no one has fire damage bonuses.

    Fairness is indeed subjective, but there is actually very little in this game that would fit anyone’s definition.

    I’m not complaining, I evidently enjoy the game, but I can easily understand why other people wouldn’t. It’s certainly not ‘competitive’ in any kind of sporting sense.

    A new weapon would actually make it harder, as its another item you would need dupes and parts for ;)
    As for the game itself, hang in there, get used to the floaters, friends eating torps next to you, sniper crits out of nowhere, and fixers watching you burn to death while they line up a shot.
    The game is a rollercoaster, and when you get legendary items, epic weapons out of free crates, those amazing shots and clutch wins when you are outnumbered outweigh the negatives!
