    Really?? I mean I still rocking uncommon I only have 2 rares, and only 1 is a weapon, I look at my rank competition... I see a guy with an epic cannon, and a Lvl 2 rare... this is under <500 infamy like really I look at other peoples acc, and i see so many rares, am I just unlucky?!

    the guy you saw spent money. if you spend some you will find yourself to be "luckier" in terms of those epic stuff and rare stuff.

    Yes, it's true
    BUT
    If you keep playing, you will get to open chests and get rewards to make rares and epics. Just don't give up.
