Morter targeting

    I feel morters in general are not easy to use especially in the higher leagues because generally people just out run them. The problem is the giant early warning system (targeting circle) is too easy to see. Even torpedoes get lost in the waves making them hard to spot sometimes and surprising the unlucky foe. An easy fix would be to start the circle small and as the shell gets closer to landing the circle gets bigger. This would make incoming morters slightly harder to spot and put it on par with torpedoes on usability.

    Or just decrease the flight time of the morter shell :)

    Mortar spam is already a problem in lower leagues(Challenger to Master). There is no need to make it a problem in higher leagues.
