Are these 2 situations bugs or just my bad cell phone messing with me?

    I play on a Moto G4 play, so it gets hot after some time playing what gives a lot of lag (that's just my cell phone, no bug for certain) but yesterday and then today new graphic stuff happened to me:

    I assumed it was my connection and just stopped to play, last night.

    The skies were kind of blinking, it didn't make miss shots or anything, it was just weird and a little distractive.

    I've had the blinking problem on my tablet, but that was way back in like September 2017.

    Yes, it is, and actually I guess it really took about 80 seconds until I restart my device :D
