Need Help...

Hey everyone! On my mini account, at 580 infamy as MK2 Speeder, I am having troubles. I am level 14. I used to use this build until this morning:

Rare level 15 Cannon
Uncommon BC Level 20
Uncommon OB level 17
Uncommon Nitro Level 18
Rare Bandages Level 6

Now I use:

Uncommon BC Level 20
Rare Grenade Launcher Level 7
Uncommon Nitro Level 18
Rare Frost Launcher Level 3
Rare Bandages level 6

Which build is better? First or second. I can also use Double BC, but my rare one does less damage than my uncommon one

Any other builds as well? I have many rares that I can use on Speeder, or should I ditch Speeder until a certain MK and use another ship. I heard that Shooter is really good at MK2 and Enfo at MK3...

Yes, but it's uncommon and very low level. Also, I only have like 12000 sugar left coz I spent 125000 on training the crew

 

Couple of thoughts:

Regarding which build is best, I don't think it matters much with speeders honestly. The whole point of a speeder is being able to be where you need to be when you need to be there. About the only thing that seems silly is napalm and even that I think I could turn to devastating effect. With your gear I'd just go with whatever gave you the most punch in one salvo. I honestly think what is stopping you is probably the awful infamy chaos at low levels coupled with your own skill. Here's the thing. Most of the meta-builds don't work unless you've decked them out with sweet perkage. So don't worry about it. The whole game for you is to get in, deliver your two shots, and get out again. Rinse, repeat. What matters most is what weapons can hit the hardest in a single salvo. Use what the game gave you. The bit about "get in" and "get out"... that's the player skill part.

Should you "ditch speeder"? Not if you like playing it but I definitely think you should try out other boats. It is very easy to do that at low levels. It's become impossible for me. I play a M5 speeder and I don't dare drive my M4 shooter. I wouldn't even consider it until the shooter had at least 20% more gear score than the speeder and that's going to be a long time coming. So heck yeah, drive the other boats and get a feel for them while it's still cheap and easy.

why? I use tier 2 epic cannon and it's strong, good range, reload and damage

 

You won't be able to maximize the reload and you won't be shooting it all the time because you have to move around and dodge as a Speeder. Unless you change your boat to a Defender. You are better off using a hard hitting weapon than that.

To be honest, Cannon is rarely part of any loadout at any level by any ship.

 

I often meet shooters with one cannon, or at least at my infamy it's used by fixers and defenders (not all)

it's upon you, use build you like, it may be hard to find the best build for you
so I have few tips for you:
speeder's health is low so it's good tactic to use high damage per shot weapons (blast and explosive cannon)
don't scrap rare or epic items because you might want to use them later
if you are meeting higher mk ships you should go for high speed and burst damage because higher mk ships might kill you in one or two shots, so you want to deal big damage and then escape
