    Hey, I just bought the 19.99 holiday offer and I never received it. Now whenever I click on the box it says I already own it, when I hit okay it says there is an error and to try again later.

    Try restarting the app. And don't forget to notify Rovio on the https://support.rovio.com! you can also get on the website through the game.
