Speeders are dying

So much this. Every single one of my games just sucks now.

I’ll see some low hp ships that need finishing off, and think “I should go attack them”, but no I can’t because I’ve still got to wait forever for cooldown.

I’ll see some teammates in trouble and think “I should go help them”, but again, I look at my clocks and realise I’m not going anywhere “guess I’ll just be hiding behind this rock for 10 more seconds”.

@Miika you use this set up, what’s the thought process here? Have you tried playing it at mk5? And if it’s not supposed to be playable anymore, what alternative weapon loadout do you envision for speeders, that can make use of the 3 red slots?

I love it! Make the gameplay so much funnier. But as Kiterini pointed in another thread: nothing suggests that it is a good option on higher level, since almost no one uses it on Nightmare.
I prefer to have more fun so my fixer, speeder and defender are equiped with a beatiful rudder
PS: except Porthos, when he used to play. But hey, I guess he could make nightmare with only Jingle Bells equiped

 

Ps. All speeders are dying posters. Please keep posting in defender threads to buff defenders.

We aren't dying. The Defendet boat is already dead. Funeral was 5 months ago. Boat massively abandoned by players since 2 ex cannon nerfs.
Meta data proved it.

Reality. Should buff defender. Then fixers and speeders.

And bay would be balanced.

 

Nah, let's nerf everyone down to be on even level with defender, game can't handle everyone being buffed to be even. Imagine everyone with 10k+ HP and defender with 30k. Hell nah. Nerf everyone to balance

 

How many times do I gotta say defender needs no buff? It has enough health already!!!

 

It doesn't need more health, but it does need actual usable end game weapons and maybe a slightly faster turn speed.
