BRING BACK THE BAY (previous main screen)

Do you like the new main menu?

  1. Yes, absolutely. I love looking at my ship in both menu.

  2. No, not at all. I love the old main menu with the bay.

    Read title.

    The new main menu is boring. We want to see other players in the bay not just our own ship again. Whoever made this decision does not know a clue. If it was to cut down processing lag, find a different method to optimize instead of cutting off the bay community screen. I speak for everyone.

    You can still catch some sailing around in the back ground, but they're so distant you gotta be quick lol

    How are we suppose to recruit different level players for our guild now if they don’t talk? Floating ship in the bay is better than text in the rank and in global chat. The global chat is full of annoying players who talk too much.

    You can still tap on the players on the background like before. They just don't have name labels anymore.

    Main menu seems redundant. You already have that in thr Ship menu.

    Why did you guys change it? If it’s not broken, don’t fix it. It’s not even an improvement from user experience perspective, but more of a redundant menu. It’s more of a step backwards than progression.

    If it stops someone from going into battle with the wrong ship selected, I'd argue that's an improvement right there for that person and their four teammates.

    There are other preventative solutions for that problem that doesnt require changing the traditional bay.

    the old player lobby was better for adding friends and networking for guilds. also to see the player names, ships, and items of all different levels. it would be nice to bring that back and possibly expand on it instead of diminish it so that the player pool could be refreshed, cycled to other player pools, or be sorted. and perhaps players could have the option to not see or be seen to avoid getting friend requests.
