You sort of represent the devs and the players now see so you can't just go around thumbing texts off like a regular troll.

Matchmaking won't improve unless new players are added into the system currently player base is too short for fair matchmaking and new players won't play this game until and unless the shit down in warrior league is fixed.
In order to fix that no of things can be done
1. Make achievement for new players to earn primary gear faster
Like on completion of 50,100,300 ,1000 battles you get a dupes for item you use most.( Rare items)
2. Provide them with 2-3 random rare item per week.
3.make leagues fluid.
4.promote this game via advertisement rn the advertisement for this game is zero.
Haven't seen a single ad on YouTube or any other game.
5.make an achievement for the new players to join forum so they can ask for advice.
6. Decrease bonus league multiplier of warrior league and increase bonus league multiplier of masters so that players are forced to aim for higher infamy.
7. Make training upto talent lvl 20( tier 4) of every captain faster than its now
8. Maybe make a new server for them till they get to 1k then shift them into mainstream( last pt is far fetched ik)

 

All good ideas.. The match making of current players should not depend on new players. (Maybe an algorithm of infamy, weapons and defense)

Also, need to stop matching those mk2 and mk3 boats with mk5 and mk6.. just because they want to complete a quest. The shield sometime is 1500 or 1800 (1 shot they dead)

 

The problematic part is the bolded part. You have to ask yourself why on earth are level 30+ captains getting any quest points for killing level 10 foes. In every aspect, including guild quests, low infamy battles need to yield low infamy rewards. I suspect that would clean up an awful lot of what's wrong with the infamy system. Another member, @*JAWS* I think, also mentioned the frequency and severity of the season resets applying significant pressure downwards. I think the combination of those two factors is probably most of the problem.

 

Requested the Devs to remove or atleast spike up the infamy reset cap. They were adamant that they shouldn't despite never having tried it before.

They claim it'll make the nightmares feel bored and leave the game. They wouldn't even agree to raise the cap by 1k or 2.

Some 200 nightmare league players being pushed down is pushing down every active player under them all the way down to warrior every reset.
