Swift carronade training tree

    So on Swift if you don’t pick the number 12 “carronade hits slow down the enemy by 30% for 3 seconds” and you pick the speed talent “ships 5% faster”. And then you get down to number 19 on Swift, if you didn’t pick the first (carronade slows enemy) talent can you still get the benefit of the number 19 training of slowing the enemy 20% “more”. Because how could it be more if you didn’t pick the talent to begin with. If that makes sense lol

    I'm pretty sure if you don't pick the first talent, the other talents won't do anything.
