    How about the rivalry was like a tournament 16 guilds go against each other. The top 8 move to the next and they grind. The top 4 of that move to the next rivalry. The top 2 move to the next rivalry. And the winner guild gets tons and tons of loot!
    Each section of the rivalry lasts 4 days. Total of 16 days
    Say if you didn't make it to the second one. You will get your rewards and you will face other guilds that weren't so good and you grind there. And the rivalry season starts again. (every season for guilds are different)
    It's a really fair system if you ask me.
    You lose and you face other losers.
    The winners face winners (aka harder/more try-hard people)
    The reward for the first phase (people who don't make it) is 10% gold or sugar refill, 5 000 tokens, and 25 pearls. Each quest done on the board gives 1200 tokens. 500 uncommon parts. 16 guilds start
    The reward for the second phase is 20% gold or sugar refill, 10 000 tokens, and 50 pearls, 2X guild boosts for the whole guild. Each quest gives 1400 tokens. 3 rare item pieces. 8 guilds verse.
    The reward for the third phase is 35% gold or sugar refill, 20 000 tokens, and 85 pearls, 5X boosts for the whole guild. Each quest gives 1600 tokens. 2 epic item pieces. 4 guilds verse.
    The reward for the last phase is 50% gold or sugar refill, 50 000 tokens, and 150 pearls, 2 5X boots for the whole guild. Each quest gives 1800 tokens. 1 legendary item piece. 2 guilds verse (aka best of the best)
    Fair?
    Yes because if you do well in the rivalry you face other good people, and if you lose early, you face others that dropped early. And you get to start again early.

    Think of it. Your chance of winning the entire rivalry is 6.25%!!
