    Bigger tesla shield = much worse lol, at least for speeder. I don't want my tesla shield to be hit, it's just a last resort. What good is it or its super easy to break? Also a single sniper shot would remove it? Idk man

    I didn't see it as a nerf. I actually saw it as a buff. But my experience with Tesla Shield is severely limited as I said so I was asking questions.

    radius is controllable by user, u can activate it as small or large

    For me, the smaller the better, as I don't want anything to hit it, it just like Ian said, a last resort, as it usally ends in a stun.

    For me, one shot break would be just as ruinous or worse than the frost nerf, and would hurt mk5 so badly...

    Even if you could "choose the size based on its level" then what's the point of getting a high level shield lol? All these people would've invested resources for nothing. Sure, in your method they would have a longer duration, but what good is that if it breaks in 1 shot

    it is scalable in game and you have to activate it manually everytime to whatever size you would like. The high level weapons can be activated at a higher size radius but can still be used at small radius, low level items dont have the flexibility to go bigger should the situtation arise for protecting teams

    What about multi shot weapons- missiles, carronade

    What do firebomb and napalm do to it

    firebomb and napalm are blocked 100% if it is a direct hit, otherwise they do dmg as normal.
    For multi barrage weps, the shield will protect against the entire barrage

    What about mines, do they blow up when they get run into by shield (so now Tesla shield becomes pro minesweeper)?

    What about environment since the shield is solid now?

    Sorry to jump in but it’s a nerf if I put a shield up and you break it shooter still has 4 weapons to hit me with so what is the point of having the shield ?
    You need to adapt to the shield. For example close carrod hit breaks epic shield railgun , ec big breta can break shield. Tesla shield don’t avoid torpos, napalm or mortars not centered. Cooldown also is too long. I have been playing shooter a lot recently and I got no issue with enforcer I hit my rg and they are stunned and I go for the second hit. So leave the Tesla shield alone

    Personally, I use tesshield to avoid sniper spams that happen on sighting. 600+ HP on my rare t3 allows me to block two snipeshots. THIS is like the defining attribute of it. I cannot remember the number of times TWO bertas were fired at once and I blocked both. Well, that's my take on it, at least.

    A single tesla shield isn't that big of a problem, but two when used one after another becomes a problem. (Since speeders and fixers have only two weapons too)
    So a simple solution would be to provide a tesla shield HP cutoff of half of its HP or a duration cut off of half in the second ts (that is after the first ts is switched on).
    This is fair too, since the tesla bolt got nerfed that way, providing a 'resistance' to the enemy wherein each consecutive bolt you fire within the resistance period, the tesla duration gets reduced to half. This made the usage of double tesla bolts ineffective (otherwise that would be op too, heck can even get 3 tesla bolts).
    So the same should be applied to ts, likewise the 'resistance' part here would be to cutdown tesla shield's HP or duration by half, with the effect beginning after the usage of the first shield. (First shield used, full duration/HP, say 20 second ineffectiveness period, during that time if second shield is spawned, then duration/HP is cut down by half).

    Also due to cd of tesla shield, this will only affect the 'double shield' users.
    This wont affect speeders and some enfos too who mostly use 1 tesla shield (though two can be used).
    Also the reduced HP cutoff to half will still block snipers and smaller damage weapons so the shield won't be completely ineffective.

    Ah you saved me a lot of time, I was just about to say something along the same lines as this lol. But we need more yellow items because 5 points 3 slots feels useless when you can't use double bubble and frost is still considered "ineffective".

    I have been saying this for a long long time. I would certainly use a new 2 points yellow item (something that does not promote hiding behind a rock like FL) instead of my rare second TS that always breaks on hit. By the way, once i level up my nitro, imma switch from TS TS to TS nitro, 'couse, you know guys.. double f2p TS is not OP. :rolleyes:

    Oh my God, the solution is very simple!
    Raise the number HP of usless rare tesla shield, and take a bit of HP from the epic tesla shield.

    Wtf shield breaks on 1 hit lol that's Bull you have no idea how stupid that suggestion is I could have har a rare t1 or uncommon t1 and it will still do the same Job AS epic t5 or higher. If anything I would suggest and this would be valid is to nerf the hp points on epic and legendary ts
