Suggestion: New way to re-train crew talents

Here's how I am proposing that this should work:

Let's say I'm currently training a new crew talent.
Instead of having to wait for that to finish before triggering a re-training...
    If I want to re-train a crew talent, I double-tap the talent I want.
A pop-up message asks "This will add 1 hour to your current training duration. Do you want to proceed?"
If I click 'Yes', 1-hour is added to my current training duration, and the re-training happens immediately.

I can then do this as many times as I want, in any tree.
In fact, if I don't like it and want to switch back, I can do that too -- it just costs me another hour.

This keeps the "cost" of re-training the same.
But we no longer have to wait days (literally) before the current training ends to trigger the re-training I want, and then wait hours after that for the changes to take effect.

I don't think it would be hard to code.
The only potential downside I can think of is that - in the past maybe there were impatient players who dumped a bunch of pearls to speed up training to get to the re-training they want - and this change would presumably cause those players to not spend those pearls in that way.
I would ask Rovio to do an analysis of this, and if players spending pearls like that to get to re-training is discovered to be a very rare scenario, please implement this "quality of life" improvement for the greater good.

Just simply give me the option to swap talents whenever I want whether my captain is free or not.
Its not like it adds a lot of money to devs pocket so why not give it to us will help a lot in quest and allow us to play at our best everytime

OR, you could just choose the talent you want from the beginning.

Double Spec. We need to be able to switch from a Double Tesla Double BC Enfo to a Sniper + Railgun Shooter without losing a day or spending tons of gems.

Good suggestion. I would rather see an actual fix rather than a band-aid solution though.

Dual spec (or 1 spec pr boat if I may dare to dream) would be amazing. In particular as guildquests requires frequent weapon and boat changes.

Wouldnt mind a pearl drain added to unlock more spec either, thats probably the realistic compromise between playerwishes and freemium game developers.
