Lost bonus after a battle

    I'm sure this has been asked before but I'd like an answer. I just played 2 battles. Won both. The option for the bonus was not there. Why? For what possible purpose?

    I had this happen after a battle recently; I believe it has to do with the ad server being down momentarily. Do you have timestamps for the two battles in question?

    I can check the battle log for times. This happens to me pretty regular. It might be one battle or a long stretch. This last time was a couple of battles, then bonus,
    then back to no option for a bonus.

    Used another account\boat today. 25+ battles without an option for the bonus. I'm not much for the ads but how do I play the game without the bonus?
    And
    No, I have no idea why this is happening. I've been told I'm being punished for some infraction. Really? If this is true close my accounts.
    I am on Comcast. Never a problem in the last year I've had it.
    No problems with any other games.
    Same problem with different devices on this game.
    This is really becoming a pain in the ass.
