tired of name pop-ups

Posting this again.

tired of names of killed people appearing on screen. this hinders you from seeing your opponent. you can't decide how to aim when words and the type of weapon that killed them is obscuring.
It's entirely unnecessary especially when you can already see who has been killed in the top of the screen.

would like this fixed in future update. Or at least give an option to deactivate like you can with "Battle Highlights".

It really depends on the device which you are on. For example, on an iPad with a "taller" screen, the kill announcements are fine as they appear way above the targeting reticle, BUT on the iPhone X which has a "shorter" (less vertical height) screen, the announcements appear right on the target reticle and worse if there a 2-3 simultaneous announcements, then you are unable to see the reticle for the duration.
If this can be toggled off or the duration made shorter, it would be a good quality of play improvement.

 

I do the opposite, most of the time I "see through" those words (but somehow not the battle highlights) and sometimes don't realise that many of my teammates died until there is only one other person left

 

I agree, devs should make "kill highlights"'s size and position customizable just like all the other controls. I'm playing on ip6+ and those kill highlights sometime just pops up right when I'm trying to lead a shot, making me miss.
