Inquiry On How To Maintain in Nightmare League

Guys I’m a newbie who has just reached nightmare league recently. Would like to inquire on how to maintain to still be in the nightmare league for the subsequent season? Thanks

Thank you on the elaboration and I truly appreciate the effort portrayed! Perhaps if I may provide you with my situation, I can get a better clarity out of it-
I topped my season previously with 1st place at 4131ish, and then dropped to 3800ish before the season ends. By the end of the season and after the fixing of the bug I got promoted to nightmare. So my query now would be that will I still be in nightmare next season if I fail to touch back 4k; and I’d have to claw back to touch 4k to be retained in nightmare?

Assuming you are looking for an advise, as a new-ish Nightmare player(this is probably my 5/6th season, fortunately I haven't been demoted), here's some tips I can share.

- Don't get intimidated by the big boys(top players) of Nightmare League. They will eat you alive haha. But don't get too overconfident playing against them either. These guys are really good so you gotta be focused when playing against them, observe how they play, you will learn a lot from them.
- If you are pitted against the top players, I advise not to lead the charge. They can sink your ship in a few seconds(RGs are common in Nightmare). Be cautious, let your other stronger/better teammates be the leader. Support them.
- Don't rush. Don't do anything stupid. Play smart.
- Last, just have fun and continue doing the thing that helped you reached Nightmare.

Thanks for the insights dude! That’s precisely what I’ve been doing for the time being as I’m still a puny little MK5 enforcer. So depending on the scenario if I meet those top guns, I’ll let them big bois take charge and poke around accordingly to provide aid that can pave a better chance for us to secure victory ^^V

 

Agree with @Help I Cant Swim. Reaching Nightmare with MK5 Enforcer is pretty impressive.

I think I may have better stats and training in fact but I mained a fixer roll I was around level 28ish and then only switched to enforcer from scratch and started training >.<
