This has to stop (wall penetration)

    Yeah a damge reduction might be a good Nerf. Half damge through walls. Maybe.

    If a mortar or fire bomb explodes on a low wall (chill zone corner for example) it still does dmg.
    And there aren’t even that many places that wall penetration happens. Foundry tunnels, destruct 9 spawn walls, and maybe a little from crude awakenings’ center wall. Those are all i can think of, and i always stay away from them since i know that i can be hit, especially in foundry.

    Mortars exploding on walls is just regular AoE damage, it's not going through the wall.
    There are tons of places where wall penetration happens because this game has thin walls all over the place. There's at least one spot on every map except Sub Zero, unless we include corners. For example, the edge of the wall separating the teams on Chill Zone. The gif in the first post is on Wayward Pains. The last replay I posted is the wall on the arch near the middle of Destruct 9. There's even the wall of the building on Damage Depot.
