Often cases where the team cannot pull their own weight occurs and it is difficult to figure how to win in these situations. What factors cause players to play bad and do so little damage? What difference would it make if I was a healer when we already had a healer? Am I not doing enough damage? For those who might think that I did my damage being last alive and grinding no that's not how it is. I played normally and fought with the team. But my team lost, what could be done to improve in these situations, we have no reason to lose this. Screenshot_20180223-165012.jpg

That would be understandable except that this happens way too often. There has to be some sort of communication error, maybe the damage is there but no one is focusing fire.

You, of course, are swimming in a much higher infamy pond than me. Down at the 1200 infamy level lack of coordination is a pressing problem. That is so evident that my single best tool for deciding to win/lose is whether I call a leader at the beginning and call targets as I find them. I don't even have to call "good" targets -- ones of maximum value to the combat as a whole. I just need to put a target on whatever I'm shooting at.

I see lots of matches that go unexpectedly -- in both directions. I wouldn't say I see more where I expected to win and I lost than the other way around. Are you sure there isn't just some observation bias involved? If not, then that old wisdom applies... the common denominator is you somehow.

What's more important is finding the reason for the loss, whatever it may be. If I really am the problem for the loss, then I want to dissect the match and figure out exactly where I went wrong.

Although I am barely at 2000, as a selfish fixer I think most people dont understand I am selfish so end up being hit and standing still, hoping that I would heal them, without even bothering themselves to get outside the firing line. Some people get so pissed off that I am selfish that they mess up the game, in order to tell me to get lost out of the bay ( they friend me and then block me). It happens, some people are sometimes just shocked when the fixer leads the battle or some really stupid ones, try to lead me and end up dying while I heal. my best matches are ususally when there is another healer becaus ethen everyone crowds around it and leaves me alone, allowing me to to actually kill scouting speeders. My best match was when a fixer helped me 2vs4 the enemy team, he kept on healing me with his repair pulse and 2 bolts while i used my tapes and effectively killed everyone with my 875 damage per 5.6 secs carronade. Why u lose, I dont know but i really think that defender should have done more damage. The other team had a better fixer than the other one in ur team as well.

I agree and I started to write some of my own failings then I realized it was pointless because your situation would be totally different. In general though, when I see matches like this and I go back and look at my own behavior I find myriad ways I could've been a better team mate.

Maybe you could do what I do with some of my videos... post the video and add captions at key points showing what you were thinking. Then perhaps other high infamy players might have some insight?

Sometimes you just lose? You can't win then all. I don't see the point of this thread considering all you show is a results screen and ask for help...

Attacking on the right moment is an important thing to win a match. You may have been withstand well, but some pushing at a critical time can destroy all of your team. Team work is better than personal score. But usually you can't well connect the others...

How do you have 'no reason to lose this'? They had 4 people doing good damage, you had 3. Their fixer healed way more than yours.

If I had to guess, your defender got started in a bad spot away from most of the team, went with it and got rolled up on, then you were 4v5 and they just wore you down.

But taking our dmg output into account it still should have been enough to take out the enemy team. I'm leaning towards not taking out the enemy fixer first that caused the loss. I still think 4 on 5 is winnable so long as their fixer is down.

I usually go for the enemy fixers as soon as possible but is a problem if they are protected. What I do is try and lure the shooters awa y and when they spread out try and get the rest of my team to hit the enemy fixer. With that said,u can’t always do this and sometimes the enemy win do the their good healer
