Rare canon lvl 20 vs 3rd tier?

    Guys, I'm having rare canon lvl 20, should i upgrade it to tier lvl 3 as i got another rare canon?
    I already got rare sniper lvl 10 and an epic grenade lvl 8. Thanks in advance

    A lvl 30 rare will have outperform most lvl 10 weapons (bar the legendaries of skill).

    Yes i know, I'll be soon getting mk4 shooter, have 8 epic items, might get a good weapon if im lucky...

    So better to upgrade it to tier lvl 3,right?

    I usually prefer epics. I make it a priority to purchase epic pieces in the shop. But if you are a casual, non-paying player then the rare tier threee may be a good buffer (as opposed to max sugar with no use).

    Thanks guys for the quick response. I'm totally a non paying/spending hitch hiker gamer who plays when i need to to bash some ass as i get tired over tiresome duties in ICU... :(
