Guild token reward 42k missing. (22Feb 2018)

    I encountered a problem today.
    My guild was number 1 in rivalry this time, but I didn't receive any rewards, 42k.

    Am I the only one facing this?

    Did you join during the rivalry? If not, then contact support.

    I joined.
    I even purchased once guild boost and twice for guild super boost for the previous guild rivalry.

    Btw, how to contact support?

    So there is no bug.
    Sadly the community is packed with cheaters, so devs added a 1 Rivalry without season rewards when you swap guild.

    You can thank HXD and their likes for your missing tokens.

    Must be because you were only in the guild for that specific week, but if not, did you contribute? I don't think those who don't contribute get the rewards.

    They get the rewards if they have been in the guild for the duration of the rivalry, no matter if they contribute or not (AFAIK).

    I joined the guild after the rivalry started. But it's day 1 of the rivalry start.

    I contributed a lot, like 5th position and we completed 38 quest.
    I even sworn once for guild boost and twice for guild super boost

    Unfortunately, that means you won't earn the end-of-rivalry rewards for that rivalry. You would have had to join before it began, even if it was one minute before.

    You will receive rewards for this present week's rivalry.
